Dodham Customized Packages Guide

They Dodham consist of - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. The Dodham yatra is done by different ways such as by using bus, taxi and helicopter services.

The Dodham Yatra Package can be customized according to the needs of the Yatris and involves visiting two of the sacred temples. The yatra can be done in any combination of the four temples of Yamunotri Gangotri Kedarnath and Badrinath. Kedarnath and Badrinath is the most popular combination.

It is essential to prepare properly and be aware of the travel conditions and weather, as these temples are often situated in remote and challenging terrains.

Booking of the different Dodham packages can be done on per seat basis and full private booking as well.

Dodham Yatra Itinerary - Yamunotri - Gangotri

Delhi ─ Haridwar ( 240 Kms. 6 ─ 7 hrs ) ─ Day 01

• Delhi to Haridwar via Meerut and Roorkee.
• Hotel Check In.
• Har Ki Pauri for Aarti Darshan.
• Rest hotel.

Haridwar ─ Barkot (215 Kms/5 ─ 6 hrs) ─ Day 02

• Haridwar to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie.
• Reach Barkot by evening
• Night Camping by the stars/Overnight stay in luxury Swiss tent / Hotels.

Barkot ─ Yamunotri ─ Barkot 42 kms Drive / 6 kms trek. ─ Day 03

• 42 km drive to Janki Chatti.
• 6 km trek towards Yamunotri
• Yamunotri temple darshan
• Trek back to Janki Chatti in evening.
• Drive back to Barkot, overnight stay in the camps.

Barkot ─ Uttarkashi (Drive 82 Kms, 04 hrs) ─ Day 04

• 82 km long drive to Uttarakashi.
• Check into a hotel.
• In the evening visit the Vishwanath Temple
• Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Uttarkashi ─ Gangotri ─ Uttarkashi (100 km one side) ─ Day 05

• Drive to Gangotri.
• River Ganga/Bhagirathi Darshan and Puja
• Drive back to Uttarakashi, hotel check in on arrival.

Uttarkashi ─ Rishikesh (223 kms. Drive 6 ─ 7 hrs) ─ Day 06

• Drive to Rishikesh.
• On arrival Hotel check in at Rishikesh
• Later visit the Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula
• Hotel check in overnight stay in the hotel.

Rishikesh ─ Delhi (234 km) ─ Day 7

• In the morning after breakfast, drive back to Delhi. Arrive at Delhi by late afternoon.

Dodham Yatra Itinerary - Kedarnath - Badrinath

Delhi ─ Haridwar ( 240 Kms. 6 ─ 7 hrs ) ─ Day 01

Haridwar ─ Guptkashi (235 Kms/5 ─ 6 hrs) ─ Day 02

• Drive to Guptkashi.
• Reach Guptkashi by evening.
• Hotel Check-In and overnight stay.

Guptakashi ─ Kedarnath (22 kms Drive, 18 kms trek) ─ Day 03

• Drive to Sonprayag ( 22 km ).
• From Sonprayag you will have to travel in a shared cab to Gaurikund.
• Now trekking towards the Kedarnath Temple begins.
• Reach the Kedarnath Temple.
• Visit the Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, located just behind the temple.
• Return back to the tents/camps for overnight stay.

Kedarnath ─ Pipalkoti (18 Kms trek 145 kms Drive) ─ Day 04

• Trek down to Gaurikund and reach Sonprayag.
• Drive towards Pipalkoti.
• Hotel Check in at Pipalkoti. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Pipalkoti ─ Badrinath (72 kms) ─ Day 05

• Drive towards Badrinath.
• Visit Narsingh Temple, Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi en-route.
• Check into a hotel. Later, take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund, followed by a visit to the Badrinath temple.
• Later visit the Mana Village, the last village of India before the Tibetan border, Bheem Pul, Vyas Cave & Ganesha Cave.
• Drive back to Badrinath in the evening for Aarti Darshan.
• Hotel check in overnight stay in the hotel.

Badrinath ─ Rudraprayag (160 kms) ─ Day 6

• Holy bath of the Sri Badrinath in the morning by 03:30 am.
• After breakfast drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath, Chamoli, NandaPrayag and KarnaPrayag.
• Hotel Check in overnight stay.

Rudraprayag ─ Rishikesh (135 Kms 7 hrs) ─ Day 7

• Drive to Rishikesh via Srinagar and Devprayag.
• On arrival Hotel check in at Rishikesh
• Later visit the Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula
• Hotel check in overnight stay in the hotel.

Rishikesh ─ Delhi (234 km) ─ Day 8

• In the morning after breakfast, drive back to Delhi. Arrive at Delhi by late afternoon.
